ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.30597 of 2015.

2. The appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the Presiding Officer, II Additional Labour Court, Chennai by way of filing an execution petition. Instead of which, filing the present contempt petition is not sustainable. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Labour Court for appropriate remedy.
