The writ of mandamus has been filed to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs. 25,00,000/- by way of compensation to the petitioners for the death of their daughter Monika on account of electrocution.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the compensation amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) as per the Board Proceedings has been settled pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.01.2023 to the present writ petitioners.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further adjudication is required and thus, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
