O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third and fourth respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos.60/1 and 60/2 situated at Pannavadi Village, Thinnappatti, Mettur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. In the light of the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated

15.05.2023 , after issuing notice the petitioner and interested parties/rival claimants if any, as the case may be and conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The abovesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
