ORDER

This court passed an interim order, directing the respondents to keep one post vacant if not filled up already by its order dated 23.10.2019 in W.M.P.No.30027 of

2019 in W.P.No.30084 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor submitted that they have already issued appointment and posting orders to all the 34 selected candidates for the post of Medical Physicist in the pay matrix Level 22 scale of pay Rs.56100-177500 with a direction to report for duty on or before 30.11.2019 to the Dean / Director of the concerned Medical Institutions vide office proceedings Ref.No.00702/Admn/2019-1 to 34, dated 22.10.2019. Hence, nothing survives in this petition, accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

3.As the appointment and posting orders have already been issued prior to the interim direction, nothing survives in this petition. This contempt petition stands closed accordingly.
