This petition is filed to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay of 245 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the Petitioner is not entitled for any interest for the delay period.
