This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16223 of 2024 in Crime No.43 of 2024 on 13.08.2024.

2.This Court while granting bail to the Petitioner imposed a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

3.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of seven weeks and investigation is pending in this matter.

4.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16223 of 2024 on 13.08.2024 in 5(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police as and when required.
