Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the 2nd Respondent from proceeding with the departmental proceedings in Na.Ka.No.06(111)/AC-1/AR-11/2016, dated 16.01.2017, pending disposal of the criminal case in Cr.No.2746/2015 in PRC No.94 of 2016 on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai 15. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that pending the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner herein had filed WP.Nos.32836 and 32838 of 2019, seeking to quash the proceedings of the 1st Respondent, dated 22.10.2019 and 19.10.2015 and the said Writ Petitions were disposed of by this Court by order dated, 22.11.2019, permitting the Petitioner to submit his explanation to the Respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on such explanation being made, directing the Respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. In view of such directions of this Court made in the said Writ Petitions filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the Petitioner, the learned counsel for the Petitioner now has sought to withdraw the present Writ Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. In view of the same, recording the endorsement and the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
