This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court dated 12.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22383 of 2024 that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders."

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 48 days and the matter is under investigation.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner on 12.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22383 of 2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
