This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the POCSO Court, Dharmapuri, on all working days until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.22131 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the POCSO Court, Dharmapuri.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22131 of 2024 on 10.09.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Dharmapuri, on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
