This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioner for reporting before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11633 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024.

2.This Court while granting bail to the Petitioner imposed a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in this matter. 4.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11633 of 2024 on 09.05.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam on the first working day of December 2024 at 10.30 am and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
