By an order dated 07.03.2025, this Court allowed the above petition on condition of payment of costs amounting to Rs.1,000/- payable to Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant filed a cost memo for the tendering of the cost of Rs.1,000/- and the same is recorded.

3. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order, and to post the matter on 29.04.2025.
