PRAYER: Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 31.07.2019 made in O.S.No.1703 of 2015.

Decree : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Tuesday the Twenty First day of September 2021 upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the lower Court and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Dr.G. Krishnamurthy, Advocate for the Appellant, and of Mr.G.Thiyagarajan, Advocate for the Respondent and this Court having stood over for consideration till this day allowing this Appeal doth order and decree as follows:

1) that the Suit in O.S.No.1703 of 2015 be and hereby is remanded back to file of the XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2) that the XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai do restore the Appeal to its original number in the register and proceed to dispose of the case in the light of the observation and directions contained in the judgment herein and
