This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11646 of 2024 on 09.05.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11646 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tarapuram, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
