3. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and has got strong objection in allowing this petition. It is also seen that this impugned order has been challenged in Crl.R.C.No.1554 of 2023.

4. In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
