This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24915 of 2024 by order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in P.R.C.No.1 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tindivanam. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 02.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24915 of 2024 vide order dated 04.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tindivanam in connection with P.R.C.No.1 of 2024 on 02.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
