This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23554 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Fast Track Court exclusively deal with offences under the POCSO Act at Puducherry on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23554 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Fast Track Court exclusively deal with offences under the POCSO Act at Puducherry on the first working day of December, 2024 at 10.30a.m., and thereafter, the date fixed by the learned trial Judge until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
