This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1631 of in Crl.O.P.No.23704 of 2022 on 15.02.2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif, Valapaddy on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
