This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before Respondent police every day at 10.30 am., until further orders imposed by this Court in the order dated 03.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21506 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 58 days and charge sheet has been filed in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner on 03.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21506 of 2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur on the first working day of December 2024 at 10.30 am, and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
