This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before Respondent police every day at 10.30 am., until further orders imposed by this Court in the order dated 23.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21876 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 31 days and the matter is under investigation.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner on 23.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21876 of 2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am, until further orders.
