This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22863 of 2024 in para 7(a) by order dated 20.09.2024.

2.This Court while granting bail to the Petitioner imposed a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive of trial cases under POCSO Act, at Thiruvannamalai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22863 of 2024 in para 7(a) dated 20.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner is directed to report before the Special Court for Exclusive of trial cases under POCSO Act, at Thiruvannamalai, on the hearing dates fixed by the said Court.
