This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.16201 of in Crl.O.P.No.23718 of 2022 on 01.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the first petitioner is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month until further orders and the condition imposed on second petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
