ORDER
With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The prayer in the present Writ Petition is for awarding of extra marks for Question Nos.3, 8, 10, 26, 31 of the Master Question Paper in the TET Examination held on 12.02.2023 with consequential prayers for declaration that the petitioner has passed Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 and thereby, award pass certificate to him.
3. The evaluation of the answer key requires to be done by an Expert Committee that should be constituted by the Board and this Court, will not venture into evaluating and ascertaining the answer keys. 2/4

Today, when the matter has come up for admission, the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent/TRB, on written instructions, submitted that after the release of the final key answers, the Board has received around 84 objections, including the answer keys to Question Nos.3, 8, 10, 26 & 31. The Expert Committee had taken up the disputed questions for scrutiny and have also arrived at the final decision. Accordingly, the re-verification has been done for all the sessions and all the objections were considered, whereby, 15 questions in 11 sessions were recommended for change of the key answers. Based on the revised key answers, the results for all 11 sessions have also been released on 27.07.2023, including the questions that have been challenged by the petitioner herein. In view of these developments, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 17.11.2023 Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order Sni 3/4
