This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to grant permission for taking idol/Vigragam of "Sri Mela Mariamman" which is in the custody of the Fourth Respondent, for conducting Karthigai Thiruvizha, scheduled on 24.11.2019 to 01.12.2019, by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 11.11.2019.

Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 11.11.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order dated 21.11.2019 passed by the Second Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
