2. Heard Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.8 of 2022 on the file of first respondent.

4. Since the petitioner is arrayed as an accused, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
