analogue mode as Multi System Operator (MSO) as like M/s Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Ltd.,and to carry on the business as MSO with analogue signals in cable TV transmission as long as the Government of Tamil Nadu undertaking M/s Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Ltd., carrying on the transmission in analogue signals.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 10.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
