This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24896 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Kangeyam Police Station, Tiruppur, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24896 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
