C.M.P. No.25588 of 2024 in C.M.A. (PT) SR. No.146333 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of original fair order dated 31.07.2024 passed by Joint Controller of Patents in Patent A.No.202142059972, which has been impugned in the appeal.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition since sufficient cause has been shown. Mr. A.R.Sakthi Vel, learned standing counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr. A.R.Sakthi Vel as counsel for the respondent in the cause list and number the said application if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
