This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner by an order dated 27.09.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.23631 of 2024 that "the Petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 am, until further orders".

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 17 days and investigation is pending in this matter and the Petitioner has 15 previous cases, out of which two are NDPS Act cases.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner on 27.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23631 of 2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
