This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23610 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024, by this Court to report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23610 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
