Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents, etc., from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property which is subject matter in O.S.No.196 of 2009 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Pondicherry, pursuant to the Judgment and decree passed in AS.No.13 of 2018 before the Additional Sub- Court, Pondicherry, pending disposal of the Second Appeal.

ORDER
This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2019. This court by its order dated 04.12.2019 has granted interim injunction and adjourned the case after eight weeks and on 10.07.2020, it has extended the same until further orders and posted the case on 07.08.2020. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any extension of interim order, till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
