This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the 16th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.24333 of 2024 by order dated 01.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners shall appear before the 16 Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
