This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders" imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24553 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 30 days and investigation is completed in this matter. He further submitted that final report has been filed through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kanchipuram.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24553 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kanchipuram, on all the working days at 10.30 am for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Judge concerned.
