ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"The petitioner Company is admitted into solvency proceedings by the Hon'ble NCLT, Chennai by order dated 18.04.2023 vide CP(IB)/73/2022. A memo to that effect has been filed. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to consider the present writ as infructuous.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
