When the Review application was taken up for hearing on 05.07.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' in the next date of hearing. Even today, when the matter is listed and called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Review Application for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Review Application is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
