I heard the matter at length on 05.11.2025. I adjourned the matter to enable Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General representing Mr.Abishek Murthy, to discuss with the respondent and report back to this Court with instructions.

2. Mr.M.Suresh Kumar and Mr.Abishek Murthy, have been instructed by the respondent, that the impugned order dated 08.03.2024 and 01.08.2024 shall stand withdrawn.

3. As the impugned orders have been withdrawn by the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Mr.M.Suresh Kumar seeks liberty to proceed against the respondent, in case, they come across other materials.

5. The withdrawal of the impugned orders in this case will not affect the right available with the respondent to issue a fresh show cause notice and proceed in accordance with law, which implies that they should issue notice to 2/4

the petitioner and give it sufficient time to respond and conduct an enquiry and thereafter, pass orders.

6. With that liberty, recording the withdrawal of the impugned notices, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
