When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the accused had been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

2.Since the petitioner is secured, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"Permit to withdraw."

3.In view of the above submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
