Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent herein in his proceedings No. Na.Ka.No.3710/2023/A3 dated 18.10.2024 and quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to consider my representation for regularization dated 21.10.2024 and to direct the respondents to not interfere with the petitioner's property particularly by way of locking and sealing and demolition of any portion or portions thereof pending final determination of the petitioner's representation for regularization. deviated construction on the subsequent petition filed by petitioner.
2. In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
