This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the complainant/respondent to withdraw 20% of the compensation amount deposited by the accused pursuant to the Court direction.

The said petition is opposed by the learned counsel for the accused/appellant on the ground that the appeal is still pending and there is every chance of success.

Since the matter is still pending, the complainant/respondent cannot be withdraw the money till the disposal of the appeal. Hence, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
