This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 03.08.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2066 of 2022 by the Learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
