This miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the prayer in W.P.No.31428 of 2024 as "to issue a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Direction to call for the records pertaining with an impugned proceedings No11249/j/F/3/2024 dated 21.10.2024 passed by the 3rd respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant 28 days leave without escort to the petitioner/Convict namely Mr.Kamaraj S/o. Swaminathan (CT No.4678)."
