This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of O.S.No.75 of 2010, pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Panrutti, within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in this revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The suit is for partition. The petitioner is the third defendant and the respondents 1 to 4 are the plaintiffs in the suit. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said suit has been filed in the year 2010 before the learned Subordinate Judge, Panrutti, and the same is pending for the past nine years. The petitioner being the purchaser of one the suit schedule property, has filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the suit within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Subordinate Judge, Panrutti, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.75 of 2010, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This revision is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
