This Appeal suit is filed under Section 96 read with Rule 41(1) Section 96 of C.P.C., as against the judgment and decree dated 22.08.2019 made in O.S.No.302 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Court, Commercial Cases Court, Namakkal.

JUDGMENT

Earlier, this Court, on 25.09.2025 had referred the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Namakkal. Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Namakkal and arrived at a compromise in the suit on 10.10.2025 before the Mediation Centre. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the matter had settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre.

3. Since the matter is settled between the parties before the Mediation Center, as per the mediation report dated 10.10.2025, this appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court (Mediation Center). Refund of Court Fee is ordered under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees Suit & Valuation Act, 1955.
