This petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner as "I.Athnan Ali Bek" instead of I.Athan Ali Bek and satisfaction Court as XIV (14th) Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai instead of XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in the order passed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.30683 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and the order copy in Crl.O.P.No.30683 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
