O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2016 within a time frame. 2.The petitioner has given a representation for transfer of patta in her favour on 17.08.2016, however, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader and also taking into consideration the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
