This petition has been filed to stay the execution of the Judgment and Decree dated 22.08.2019 made in OS.No.302 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Commercial Act Cases, Namakkal.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court by its order dated 01.06.2020 has granted interim stay. Accordingly, the stay granted is made absolute.
