Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents. By consent of both sides, main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2021, wherein and whereby, he sought for a direction to the 3rd respondent viz., The Tahsildar, Sholingannalur to rectify the errors crept-in in the computerized land records, by incorporating the petitioner's name viz., M/s.Kapico Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., in the online patta, including the rest of the particulars contained at par with patta No.11060 dated 07.03.2007.

3. The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though the petitioner made the representation on 06.12.2021, the same has not been considered by the respondents so far.
4. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that it would suffice if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.12.2021.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader for respondents submits that the representation of the writ petitioner dated 06.12.2021 will be considered as expeditiously as possible.
6. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.12.2021, after giving due opportunity of hearing to writ petitioner as well as rival claimants / interested parties, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of two months from the Pg.Nos.3/5
