ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.01.2018 in C.S.R.No.38 of 2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.38 of 2018 was issued and after preliminary enquiry was conducted, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 27.01.2018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without hearing the petitioner, the second respondent has closed the petitioner's complaint and no intimation has been received by the petitioner with regard to the closure report of her complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal

Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
