This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.26929 of 2022 on 11.11.2022 to report before the report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners 1 and 2 are relaxed and the condition imposed as against the petitioners 3 and 4 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 3 and 4 are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
