WMP No.34593 of 2022 and W.P.No.15983 of 2017 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to set aside order the dated 08.03.2022 which was passed in the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner herein.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, it is stated that since the name of the counsel is not printed in the cause list, he was unable to appear on 08.03.2022.

3. The reason given being acceptable, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and order dated 08.03.2022 passed in W.P.No.15983 of 2017 stands recalled.
