This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time limit fixed by this Court for completion of trial from 29.11.2019 by eight weeks.

It is the contention of the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant that there are voluminous documents from the year 1925 which have to be filed and the plaintiff has two witnesses. It would take atleast six weeks to complete the plaintiff evidence. However, the counter has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ filed denying the said allegation. It is the contention of the respondent that Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed to

complete the trial expeditiously, hence, the application is not maintainable.
